AUDIO-VISUAL SPECIALIST-SCHOOL

Operate, maintain and troubleshoot the school's AV equipment, including projectors, interactive panels, visualisers, PA systems, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, mixers and lighting in classrooms, the hall, the auditorium and special rooms.

Set up and run AV for school events such as assemblies, concerts, sports days, prize-giving ceremonies, talks and livestreams. This covers rehearsals, sound checks, recording and on-the-day technical support.

Manage all AV assets, including tagging, inventory records, loan and return tracking, regular stock-takes, and disposal of equipment that has reached end of life. Keep asset registers accurate and ready for audit.

Do regular preventive maintenance and room checks, report faults, work with vendors on repairs, warranty claims and new purchases, and help teachers use AV equipment in lessons.
