The role oversees the governance, operation, and continuous improvement of sandbox environments, while developing and managing technology enablers, self-service capabilities, and shared services that accelerate innovation.\n\nA. Innovation Sandbox Strategy & Operations\nDesign, establish, and operate innovation sandbox environments that support rapid experimentation and validation of emerging technologies. \nDevelop sandbox governance models, onboarding frameworks, operating procedures, and evaluation mechanisms. \nManage sandbox operations, user onboarding, access controls, compliance, performance monitoring and troubleshooting.\nMonitor and track sandbox utilisation and proactively engage project teams investigate anomalies, optimise resource consumption, and address operational issues.\nContinuously enhance sandbox capabilities based on user feedback and innovation needs.\nEnsure platforms comply with cybersecurity, governance, privacy, and healthcare regulatory requirements\nReview and validate sandbox resource consumption and billing records, investigate discrepancies, and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate chargeback.\nSupport administrative, operational, reporting, and governance activities required for the effective management of innovation sandbox platforms and programmes.\nB.
