Specialist - Banking\nWork location- CBD Area, near Raffles place\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Set up and maintain PMO governance, processes, templates, and standards for the Banking Projects\n• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies\n• Track progress, budget, resources, risks, issues, and changes; escalate where needed\n• Prepare accurate, detailed status reports, dashboards, and steering committee materials\n• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and drive mitigation actions\n• Coordinate across business, IT, vendors, and regional teams to keep stakeholders aligned\n• Run project meetings: agendas, minutes, action item tracking, and follow-ups\n• Support Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives where applicable\n• Ensure compliance with banking policies, audit requirements, and regulatory controls\n• Drive continuous process improvement across the project lifecycle\nRequirements: Must Have\n• 5–12 years of PMO experience, with a proven track record in the banking industry\n• Strong understanding of banking processes, project delivery lifecycles, and governance frameworks\n• Hands-on experience with PM tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint\n• Solid knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies\n• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills\n• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to track and report on every task thoroughly\n\nSkills\nDashboards, Progress Tracking, Regional
