As such, the Group has already developed strong FP&A processes and tends to develop them any further.\nWe are looking for a Finance professional passionate about Business partnership , and financial automation, willing to help transform FP&A into a highly efficient and value-added function.\nMain Responsibilities\nFP&A’s responsibilities are as follows:\nMonthly reporting\nRun future financial projections: budgeting and forecasting (RF1, RF2 & RF3)\nAd-doc report financial support for the strategic plan: Business Plan, Bank Reports\nEnhancement of reporting\nPromote and participate in the Analytics building as well as the EPM implementation\nClose partnership with Operations & Directors\nFollowing an internal mobility, Excelya recruits a FP&A analyst. \nShe/ He shall embrace Excelya Values (Audacity/ Care & Energy) and make them alive in the daily life of the FP&A department.The FP&A analyst reports to the Group FP&A Director and liaise with business controllers, CFO, Financial Director and Operation leaders.\nYour responsibilities will be as follows:\nFinancial forecasting\nConsolidate data from countries\nFollow and control any discrepancies vs plan (budget, reforecasts)\nClosing and monthly performance\nConsolidate data from countries and build the current tool to drive the P&L results\nAnalyze discrepancies vs budget/reforecast and provide value-added explanations on activity and performances\nProvide data and KPIs to your perimeter\nProjects\nParticipate in the ongoing implementation of a financial tooling’s => pivoting from Excel to EPM\nEnhance and develop analytical structures in our financial systems\nThis list is non exhaustive and can be adapted in anear future according to the competences of the candidate.\nRequirements\nAbout You\nAt Excelya, taking audacious steps is encouraged, so we’re looking for individuals who are ready to grow with us and share our values.\nExperience:\n· Degree level\n· Already achieved FP&A tasks\n· Comfortable with P&L, Kpis and cash flow items\n· Excellent interpersonal skills\n· Proficiency in Excel as well as Power automate\n· Interest in development of finance tools is a strong element\n· Comfortable with manipulating data with various dimensions (budgets and actuals scenario, countries, business lines, nature of P&L…)\n· One experience using an EPM tool\n· Demonstrates genuine curiosity toward business operations, financial systems and process optimization\n· Experience in professional service: IT, Consulting, CROs (is a plus)\nSkills:\n· Care: Attention to business partnership and collaboration with finance community\n· Audacity: Ready to push boundaries a bit further by providing fresh ideas\n· Energy: Be implicated to the project and gives energy to team and stakeholders with an optimistic mood\n· Continuous Improvement Process Mindset\n· Added Value oriented\n· Accountable: Autonomous and able to provide conclusion by its own\n· Analytical\n· Curious, adapting and agile\n· Ambitious but low ego\n· Team spirit\n· Proactive and ready to propose\n· Flexibility and curious to exchange with different team leaders in various countries and departments\n· Fluency in English and French\nTools:\n· Exposure to EPM tools would be appreciated but is not mandatory\n· Analytics & Cost Center\n· Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Power Query, VBA or equivalent)\n· Advanced Excel skills required\nModelisation & Automatization\nBenefits\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Excelya, we combine passion for science with enthusiasm for teamwork to redefine excellence in healthcare.\nHere’s what makes us unique.\nWe are a young, ambitious health company representing 900 Excelyates, driven to become Europe’s leading mid-size CRO with the best employee experience.
