Deine Aufgaben

  • Teamleitung: Fachliche (und ggf. später disziplinarische) Führung, Einsatzplanung und Weiterentwicklung der 2 internen IT-Administratoren
  • Projektkoordination: Operative Führung von IT-Projekten (Terminüberwachung, Meilenstein-planung, Ressourcenplanung) nach Vorgabe und in strategischer Abstimmung mit dem IT-Vorstand
  • Steuerung & Weiterentwicklung der Online-Aktivitäten: Steuerung der externen Dienstleister und Agenturen für die Onlineshops und Webseiten in Zusammenarbeit mit bzw. als Unterstützung des Online-Marketings. Konzeptionelle und technische Begleitung von Optimierungen hinsichtlich Usability, Performance, Schnittstellenanbindungen und IT-Sicherheit
  • Anforderungsmanagement & IAM: Erfassung technischer Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen zur Entscheidungsvorlage für den Vorstand; Dokumentation von Systemlandschaft und Prozessen sowie Durch-/Umsetzung der Identity- and Access-Management-Prozesse (IAM)
  • Dienstleistersteuerung der zentralen IT-Plattform: Zentrale Schnittstelle zu externen IT-Infrastruktur-Dienstleistern sowie Überwachung der Leistungsqualität und Einhaltung von SLA

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker mit relevanter Weiterbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, in der IT-Koordination oder in der Betreuung von Web- und Digitalprojekten
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen und ggf. disziplinarischen Führung von technischen Teams oder Systemadministratoren
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Web-Infrastruktur, Content-Management- und Onlineshop-Systemen, sowie den dazugehörigen Schnittstellen (APIs) zu ERP-/Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Solides Verständnis von IT-Infrastrukturen (Server, Netzwerke, Clients), um interne Admins und externe Dienstleister fachlich steuern zu können
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit IT-Sicherheitsstandards (ISO 27001) oder regulatorischen IT-Vorgaben für Web-Infrastrukturen (BAIT/DORA) von Vorteil
