processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Project implementation and optimization.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nRequirements Gathering:\nWork with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.\nConduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs. \nProcess Analysis:\nMap and analyze current business processes (as-is) work with functional and technical team to design improved processes (to-be).\nIdentify inefficiencies, redundancies, or bottlenecks.\nSolutions Design:\nCollaborate with IT teams to design technical solutions that meet business needs. \nDocumentation: \nCreate clear and detailed documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.\nStakeholder Communications:\nAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams and project teams. \nTranslate technical jargon into business-friendly language and vice versa. \nTesting and Validation:\nAssist in developing test plans and test cases. \nValidate that the final solution meets the business requirements.\nChange Management and Training:\nSupport the implementation of new systems or processes. \nHelp train users and ensure smooth adoption of changes.\nData Analysis and Reporting:\nUse data to support decision-making and measure the impact of implemented solutions. \nAdditional responsibilities as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\nPost Secondary Education in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.\nMinimum 2 to 5 years as a Business Analyst or experience working in IT/Project environments.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES\nStrong understanding of project management and requirements analysis.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \nProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel or Power Bi\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nStrong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nProfessional verbal and written communication skills\nExperience in a fast-paced environment with multitasking responsibilities\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a clear criminal record check\nPhysically able to perform all
