The role works closely with internal teams and international suppliers to ensure timely payments, accurate financial records, and compliance with Moroccan accounting and tax regulations.The Accounts Payable is responsible for the end-to-end management of supplier accounting activities. The role works closely with internal teams and international suppliers to ensure timely payments, accurate financial records, and compliance with Moroccan accounting and tax regulations.\nAs the Accounts Payable, you will:\nProcess and record supplier invoices in the accounting system.\nVerify invoice compliance against purchase orders and goods receipt documentation.\nMonitor invoice discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.\nPrepare and validate supplier payments and bank transfers.\nPrepare and validate withholding tax (RAS) payments.\nReconcile supplier accounts, manage aging balances, and support cash flow forecasting and audit requirements.\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |About you\nThe ideal Accounts Payable:\nHolds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.\nHas a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within an international environment.\nDemonstrates strong knowledge of accounting software, particularly Oracle.\nPossesses advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.\nHas a solid understanding of local accounting and tax regulations, including VAT and withholding tax requirements.\nShows strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\nWHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS? |Why work for us\nWe are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
