You will work closely with the leadership team, providing guidance and coaching managers on daily operations, employee development, HR priorities in alignment with the overall business strategy, and HR policies.\nAs an HR Manager, you will:\nKeep up to date with local employment law changes to ensure the company maintains compliance\nAdvise managers on any HR topic regarding their team\nBuild trusted relationships: with employees through engagement practices to help guide them through global and local change and to promote a high level of employee morale and engagement\nRecruitment: support the recruitment processes in accordance with business needs. \nPartnering: Provide consultancy service in terms of HR policies, best practices, roll-out of HR programs, and others, for line managers and employees locally. Driving organisational change management projects at local level.\nData management & quality: Ensuring data input in HR systems is correct and in compliance with local and global policy.\nEmployee Development: Support the Directors in conducting Performance Review Process, Talent Review, and other HR related projects. Manage learning & development needs locally.\nDrive employee relations and legal & social processes\nTake on a ‘champion’ role to ensure successful implementation of HR strategies and policies within France to ensure a global alignment in parallel with country specific regulations.\nManage and support an HR Advisor in order to produce efficient administration of all aspects of the employee lifecycle: payroll, on boarding, off boarding, benefits administration and other key processes.\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |About you\nThe ideal HR Manager:\nUniversity Degree in relevant area, knowledge and expertise in employment law.\nFluent in English, both verbal and written\nMinimum of 5 years of HR Manager experience within a global company\nGood knowledge of labor law in France\nAbility to work independently in a standalone role without direct day to day supervision and collaboratively in a virtual team\nHave a proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels\nAdept at handling sensitive and confidential situations\nStrong organizational skills\nWHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS? | About the company\nWe are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
