That means delivering the best to our ecosystem, shaping a prosperous and trusted digital world, and helping our people to realize their full potential.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |About the role\nThis role will report to the Senior Solution Engineer\nAs the Senior Solution Engineer , you will:\nHandle F5 pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, technical presentations and solution demonstrations.\nUnderstand customer requirements and design appropriate F5 solutions.\nConduct POCs, technical workshops and solution validation.\nPrepare HLD/LLD, BOM, technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.\nProvide technical expertise on F5 BIG-IP LTM, WAF, DNS, APM, AFM and Distributed Cloud solutions.\nSupport F5 implementation, configuration, migration, integration and troubleshooting\nWork on application delivery, load balancing, SSL/TLS, high availability and traffic management requirements.\nSupport F5 upgrades, migrations and performance optimization.\nCoordinate with F5 OEM, sales, partners and customer technical teams for technical discussions and escalations.\nProvide customer training and knowledge-transfer sessions.\nIdentify opportunities for F5 Professional Services, implementation, migration and managed services. 1\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |About you\nThe ideal Senior Solution Engineer :\nQualification achelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n3-6 years of experience in network security, application delivery, or cybersecurity solutions.\nStrong hands-on knowledge of F5 BIG-IP technologies.\nExperience with F5 BIG-IP LTM, DNS, Advanced WAF, APM and AFM is preferred.\nGood understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS and network security.\nExperience in F5 pre-sales, POC, solution design, implementation and troubleshooting.\nKnowledge of load balancing, application delivery, high availability and traffic management.\nExperience working with enterprise and multi-vendor network environments.\nExposure to F5 migration, upgrades, performance tuning and integration.\nGood customer-facing, communication and technical presentation skills.\nAbility to prepare HLD/LLD, BOM, technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.\nF5 certification such as F5-CA or F5-CTS is an added advantage.\nExperience with F5 Distributed Cloud, automation/API and cloud environments will be an added advantage. 1\nWHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS? |Why work for us\nWe are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
