That means delivering the best to our clients, doing our part to create a prosperous and trusted digital world, and helping our people to realize their potential.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |About the role\nAs the Solutions Engineer, you will have multiple responsibilities within presales, and occasionally post-sales support.\nThis role will report to the Manager, Solutions Engineer.\nAs theSolutions Engineer,you will:\nBe the network security solutions advisor, provide pre-sales support to the Sales teams and partners: responding to questions and inquiries, providing demos, competitive analysis, networking and security design, and specifications, etc. for products and technologies\nWork with the Vendor Management and Marketing teams to develop and conduct product update, short course trainings, and webinars for internal sales teams as well as customers\nConduct discovery and scoping call for Professional Services Projects\nProvide technical expertise and support to all team members\nInitiate and provide the life cycle of vendor solution POC, Proof of Concept\nOther technical duties as necessary\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |About you\nThe idealSolutions Engineer:\n· 2+ years of hands-on TCP/IP networking experience\n· 1+ year of Firewall, switches, WiFi, Endpoint security industry knowledge\n· Multitasking and motivated to learn new skills and take on new challenge\n· Excellent communication skills within a team, cross-teams, ensure service SLA is within 30 mins.\n· Maintain 6+ vendors products technical certifications\n· Being a team player and contributor are essential for the success this role and the team\nWHO IS EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS? |Why work for us\nWe are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
