Responsibilities:\nManage the day-to-day financial operations of the company.\n\nPrepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.\n\nOversee all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.\n\nEnsure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.\n\nImplement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.\n\nUtilize QuickBooks for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.\n\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and growth.\n\nCollaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and support business decisions.\n\nMonitor cash flow, manage budgets, and provide insights on financial performance.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CA/ICB qualification preferred).\n\nProven experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role.\n\nStrong expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis.\n\nProficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite (Excel in particular).\n\nDemonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.\n\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n\nPreferred
