The ideal candidate is commercially minded, detail-oriented, and confident managing complex financial operations across multiple properties or entities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee the full finance function, including general ledger, reporting, and compliance\n\nManage and optimize accounting processes within QuickBooks\n\nPrepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts\n\nHandle property-specific accounting, including rental income, lease schedules, and property expenses\n\nManage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing\n\nPerform bank reconciliations and oversee cash management\n\nLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis\n\nEnsure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls\n\nMonitor and manage WIP, cost allocations, and project-based financials where applicable\n\nLiaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy\n\nProvide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience as a Finance Controller / Senior Accountant within the property or real estate industry\n\nStrong working knowledge of QuickBooks (non-negotiable)\n\nSolid experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions\n\nStrong understanding of property financials, lease structures, and cost management\n\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability\n\nExperience managing multiple entities or portfolios is highly advantageous\n\nStrong leadership and communication skills\n\nHigh attention to detail with the ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven
