This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting VoIP phone systems. You'll work closely with clients to resolve technical issues, configure phone systems, and ensure reliable voice communications.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall, configure, and support VoIP phone systems and hardware\n\nTroubleshoot voice, network, and connectivity issues\n\nProvision and manage user accounts, extensions, and call routing\n\nConfigure and maintain IP phones and related devices\n\nDiagnose and resolve service interruptions in a timely manner\n\nDocument support activities and maintain accurate records\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service\n\nAssist with system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments\n\nRequirements\nExperience supporting VoIP systems in a technical support environment\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\n\nExperience with one or more of the following platforms:\nBicom\n\nYeastar\n\nNetSapiens\n\nExperience configuring and supporting Yealink IP phones\n\nGood understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, QoS)\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\n\nCustomer-focused with a proactive approach to issue resolution\n\nExperience using ConnectWise CRM or PSA (helpful but not required)\nWhat We're Looking For\nA strong technical
