develop, and customize applications within the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.)\n\nBuild and maintain custom workflows, automations, blueprints, and business rules\n\nDevelop custom functions using scripting\n\nIntegrate Zoho applications with third-party systems via APIs and webhooks\n\nCreate dashboards and reports to support business decision-making\n\nTroubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical support\n\nOptimize existing processes to improve efficiency and scalability\n\nEnsure data integrity, security, and system performance\n\nDocument processes, configurations, and technical implementations\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications\n\nStrong experience with Zoho CRM customization\n\nProficiency in scripting\n\nExperience with REST APIs and third-party integrations\n\nStrong understanding of business process automation\n\nExperience building workflows, blueprints, and validation rules\n\nAbility to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Zoho Creator app development\n\nKnowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript\n\nExperience with data migration projects\n\nZoho certifications\n\nExperience
