The role designs, builds, and maintains injection moulds and press tools. It covers both the CAD design of new tools and bench work in the tool room, that keeps production running and supports new product launches.\n\nQualifications & Requirements:\n- Grade 12/Matric\n- N4–N6 or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.\n- Reads engineering drawings and tolerances accurately; uses precision measuring tools.\n- At least 5 years in a production tool room, building and repairing hands-on tools.\n- Trade-tested Toolmaker / Tool, Jig and Die Maker (Red Seal or merSETA certificate).\n- Proven work on plastic injection moulds, press/progressive dies, or both.\n- Able to design tools in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Cimatron, or similar).\n- Comfortable on CNC milling, EDM, and surface/cylindrical grinding.\n- Reads engineering drawings and tolerances accurately;
