operations.\nDuties:\nLead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary team of Process Engineers and Setup Technicians.\nOversee the design, implementation, and optimization of automated systems, equipment, and tools.\nImplement equipment designed in other ASB Group entities.\nIdentify manual processes suitable for automation; develop and execute automation strategies to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.\nProvide hands-on expertise in PLC programming, robotics integration, and automated control systems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D to support new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives.\nManage engineering projects from concept through deployment, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, and performance outcomes.\nDrive root cause analysis and corrective actions related to process performance, equipment failures, and production quality issues.\nOversee the design and fabrication of custom tools, fixtures, jigs, and automated workstations\nEnsure manufacturing processes comply with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.\nAnalyze process data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.\nSupport technician training and ensure proper documentation of processes, equipment setups, and system Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.\n8+ years of experience in industrial automation, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering.\nStrong, hands-on technical experience with PLCs, robotics, sensors, actuators, and industrial automation hardware/software.\nDemonstrated success in automating manual processes and deploying end-to-end automation solutions.\nExperience designing custom tools, fixtures, or automated systems.\nProven leadership experience managing engineering and/or technical teams.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.\nAbility to work on the production floor and collaborate closely with technical and non-technical teams.\nPreferred Experience:\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.\nExperience with robotic programming (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA, UR).\nBackground in high/low-volume manufacturing environments.\nExperience integrating automation into existing legacy processes and
