We're building security from the core out.\nJob Overview\nWe are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team at an international B2B cybersecurity SaaS scaleup.\nIn this role, you will help shape and develop the company's visual identity, ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand experience across marketing, corporate communications, and digital touchpoints. You will translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling visual assets that resonate with technical and business audiences.\nWorking closely with our existing graphic designer, the wider Marketing team, and international colleagues across different regions, you will contribute to a broad range of creative projects, from executive presentations and thought leadership content to print collateral, website updates, and digital marketing assets.\nThis is an opportunity to take ownership of visual design projects, contribute to the evolution of our brand, and help strengthen how we communicate our value to a global B2B audience. Depending on your experience, you may also guide and review the work of junior designers, helping raise the quality and consistency of our visual output.\nKey Responsibilities\nBrand & Visual Identity: Help shape and develop the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across marketing materials, corporate communications, and customer-facing touchpoints. Depending on seniority, take a leading role in translating brand direction into visual guidelines and coordinating their application across assets and channels.\nPresentation & Corporate Design: Design high-quality company presentations, executive decks, and Board of Directors presentations, combining strong visual storytelling with clarity and attention to detail.\nContent, Editorial & Print Design: Design white papers, reports, brochures, business cards, and other branded materials, managing print specifications and production with external vendors.\nWebsite Design & Maintenance: Support ongoing updates and visual improvements to the company's Webflow website, ensuring a consistent brand experience and high-quality design across pages.\nDigital Marketing Assets: Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns and initiatives, including materials used across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing channels.\nCross-functional & International Collaboration: Work closely with the existing graphic designer, Marketing colleagues across Europe and overseas, and other internal stakeholders to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives and regional needs.\nProject & Vendor Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize requests, coordinate external partners, and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.\nDesign Review & Mentorship: Depending on seniority, provide creative direction, review design deliverables, and give constructive feedback to junior designers, supporting their development and maintaining high design standards.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in graphic design, brand design, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity company.\nDemonstrated expertise across brand design, corporate presentations, editorial materials, print collateral, and digital marketing assets.\nProven ability to create polished, visually compelling presentations for different audiences, including senior leadership and business stakeholders.\nExperience developing, evolving, and applying visual identities across multiple formats and channels, with strong attention to detail and consistency.\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives for technical and business audiences.\nWorking knowledge of Webflow, with the ability to make website updates and maintain visual consistency.\nGood understanding of print design, production requirements, and coordination with external vendors.\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, multiple projects, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable working with cross-functional and international teams across different time zones, communicating ideas clearly and incorporating feedback effectively.\nExperience with generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Higgsfield) and basic motion graphics skills for creating visual and animated content.\nFamiliarity with Figma and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides is strongly preferred.\nSalesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.\nEnglish fluency is mandatory.\nWhy Join Us?\nHelp shape how an international cybersecurity SaaS company communicates its brand, products, and value to a global B2B audience.\nContribute to the development of a distinctive, consistent brand experience across marketing, corporate communications, and digital channels.\nWork closely with Marketing teams in Europe and overseas, collaborating with colleagues across different markets and time zones.\nBring your design expertise to a wide variety of assets, from executive presentations and thought leadership content to digital campaigns, website updates, and print materials.\nJoin a growing company where you can make a tangible contribution, work with talented international colleagues, and continue developing your skills in a dynamic B2B technology environment.\nLocation:\nRome, Piazzale Flaminio 19, 00197 (Hybrid)\nSalary range:\n € 35K - 45K\nThe interview steps will be held in english.\n\nExein is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
