We're building security from the core out.\nThe role\nWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Exein platform and its core product tracks - Analyzer and Runtime - setting new benchmarks in embedded and device security.\nThis is a role for someone who thrives in deeply technical B2B environments and has a strong appreciation for developer and security-engineer experience. You'll be responsible for ensuring the platform not only delivers world-class security coverage, but also feels intuitive and efficient for the engineers who build, ship, and operate connected devices, from firmware teams to SOC analysts.\nWhat you'll do\nLead the ongoing enhancement of the Exein platform (Analyzer and Runtime), setting new standards for quality and user experience in device security.\nAct as the voice of the customer - firmware engineers, security teams, and compliance owners - ensuring their feedback and needs directly shape product decisions.\nDefine and deliver product strategy for key tracks such as CVE detection and remediation, SBOM and compliance workflows (e.g. CRA readiness), and fleet-wide runtime protection, aligned with company goals and market demands.\nCollaborate closely with engineering, security research, AI, and go-to-market teams to deliver features on time and at high quality.\nContinuously refine user journeys across the platform - from firmware upload to incident triage - to make Exein intuitive for both individual engineers and enterprise fleets.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, track adoption and retention, and identify improvement opportunities.\nRequirements\n5+ years in product management, ideally with B2B SaaS platforms or technical products where user experience drives adoption and retention.\nStrong understanding of software development processes, embedded/Linux systems concepts, and data-driven decision making.\nA cybersecurity OR embedded product background is highly desirable\nHands-on approach: proven ability to work directly with engineers to define scope, solve problems, and deliver on time.\nTrack record of leading cross-functional teams and shipping high-quality features.\nExcellent communication skills, with experience engaging both deeply technical teams and senior management.\nFluent in English.
