We're building security from the core out.\nJob Overview\nWe are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team in the Americas. This role involves presenting and demoing our software products to customers and partners, guiding them from initial discussions through to post-deployment support. The ideal candidate will act as the chief technologist and trusted advisor, orchestrating Exein’s overall technical approach for and with the customer across all phases of the customer lifecycle.\nResponsibilities\n- Act as the chief technologist for customer accounts and a trusted advisor to their technical teams.\n- Lead technical discussions, explaining how Exein’s portfolio and architected solutions address customer requirements.\n- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their requirements and deployment environments.\n- Deliver our software products, ensuring they meet customer needs and specifications.\n- Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that arise.\n- Collaborate closely with the Sales Account Manager and the R&D team to ensure seamless communication and integration.\n- Document and plan for new features based on customer feedback and requirements.\n- Identify and mitigate any technical sales issues, influencing the overall account plan.\nRequirements\n- Strong experience with Linux/Yocto, ESP32, Zephyr, and other embedded build systems.\n- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role.\n- Ability to understand customer requirements and the environments where devices are deployed.\n- English Fluent, with excellent communication skills to effectively act as a liaison between customers and the R&D team.\n- Experience in developing custom integration software for embedded systems.\n- Familiarity with the entire lifecycle of an embedded product, from early-stage discussions through to post- deployment support.\n- Ability to translate technical knowledge into proposals, presentations, standard demos, and customer workshops.\nPreferred Qualifications\n- Experience in a cybersecurity company.\n- Experience with low-level programming and integration of security technologies.\n- Knowledge of additional embedded systems and build environments.\nWhy Join Exein?\n- Be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to making Physical AI devices secure globally.\n- Work with cutting-edge technology in the fields of data, machine learning, and open source.\n- Enjoy a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values innovation and quality.\nLocation: Remote position (USA)\nSalary range: $180k-$230k (depending on qualifications) plus bonus\nExein is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
