Our distributed team works from 20 countries in APAC and EMEA regions and speaks 35+ languages providing an exceptional possibility to share global exchange experience.\nWe are looking for a hands-on Website Maintenance Project Manager to coordinate website support and development projects.\nYou will work closely with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and QA engineers, manage communication with clients, and ensure that tasks are completed on time and meet the expected quality standards.\nThis role requires both strong coordination skills and a willingness to handle smaller website content updates independently through a CMS.\nResponsibilities:\nManage website maintenance and development tasks from initial request to final delivery.\nGather and clarify requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.\nPrepare clear and well-structured tasks for developers, designers, SEO specialists, and QA engineers.\nDefine the issue, expected outcome, requirements, and acceptance criteria for each task.\nCoordinate the development of new website functionality, pages, sections, forms, and landing pages.\nPrioritize tasks, monitor deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed about progress.\nReview completed work and perform basic functional and visual website testing.\nIdentify and investigate website issues before escalating them to technical specialists.\nMaintain clear and professional business correspondence with clients in Russian and English.\nManage projects and tasks in Jira and other internal systems.\nHandle smaller website updates independently through a CMS, including editing pages, content blocks, menus, metadata, images, and other website elements.\nPrepare reports and maintain relevant project documentation.\nRequirements\nExperience as a Project Manager, Account Project Manager, Website Manager, or in a similar role within digital, web development, or a related field.\nA solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including how websites, pages, forms, integrations, domains, redirects, and responsive layouts work.\nExperience working with CMS platforms. Knowledge of 1C-Bitrix or WordPress is preferred; alternatively, you should be comfortable learning new CMS platforms quickly.\nAbility to prepare clear, structured, and technically understandable tasks for cross-functional teams.\nAbility to review completed work and perform basic functional and visual website testing.\nExperience working with Jira or a similar task management system.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to investigate issues independently.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nFluency in both Russian and English, including the ability to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues in writing and during meetings.\nWillingness to take a hands-on approach rather than work solely as a coordinator.\nBenefits\nRemote job;\nCompetitive salary based on your experience;
