This is to ensure the availability, reliability and security of IT systems that support business operations and service delivery.\nJob Description:Infrastructure and Cloud Operations\nProvide Tier-2 technical support for system and network issues.\nMaintain the IT asset inventory, including servers, network devices, peripherals, and software licenses.\nProvision, manage and maintain systems both on-premise and cloud environments.\nConduct system upgrades, patch management, and performance optimisation\nConduct scheduled backup and restore exercises and ensure data integrity across all systems.\nParticipate in BCP and DR exercises to validate recovery readiness.\nDesign, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including FW, switches, routers, and AP.\nDesign, configure, and maintain the Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), subnets, route tables, NAT gateways, and security groups.\nPerform network performance monitoring, bandwidth optimisation, and troubleshooting.\nMaintain system and network documentation.\nSecurity and Compliance\nWork with the IT Security Team to implement security and configuration management across environments\nSupport internal and external audits and ensure adherence to ISMS controls.
