This team member will drive results in a dynamic work environment by securing quality loans and partnering with sales, funding and other internal departments.\nJob Duties\nSells company program and negotiates contracts while executing the company’s origination strategy.\nUtilizes experience and dealer relationships to ensure assigned territory meets or exceed pricing targets, variances, and volume goals.\nDevelops and maintains top dealer satisfaction levels.\nReviews credit to ensure compliance with Exeter’s policies & procedures, state & federal regulations and standards. Utilizes credit experience to make appropriate credit decisions or obtain concurrence on pricing, program and policy exceptions.\nEducate dealers on Exeter’s program and funding requirements to maximize production and ensure optimal funding turnaround time.\nEnsures office cooperation with other departments to maximize efficiency within the company.\nOther duties as assigned.\nEducation and Work Experience\nHigh School Diploma required.
