May review calls and/or customer accounts to ensure Exeter complies with State and Federal regulations.\nJob Duties\nReview identified accounts to ensure proper compliance with State and Federal regulations.\n\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.\n\nAssist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues by providing necessary information and supporting team members.\n\nEnsure all operational tasks are completed within deadlines, and alert supervisors of any delays or issues.\n\nMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all tasks in a professional manner.\n\nIdentify and report any issues to management promptly.\n\nMaintain thorough knowledge and understanding of Exeter’s policies and procedures, as well as, state and federal laws.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nEducation and Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\n0-3 years general work experience\n\nExperience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a business or operational setting.\n\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nGood communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members.\n\nAbility to follow established procedures and work collaboratively in a team setting.\n\nComfortable working with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.\n\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.\n\nIndividual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including\nskill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.\nThe pay range for this role is $17.90 -
