Job Description
We are seekingan experienced and highly organized Senior Copyeditorto join our team. As aSenior Copyeditor,you will effectively handle the quality assessment and challenges within the group on a day-to-day basis.
What you’lldo(Rolesand Responsibilities)
Assess the deliverables of the respective group for the day
Review articles based oncustomer/editor competencies
Quantitatively assess the team's performance
Conduct daily, weekly learning sessions for editors based on the assessment report
Reportweekly update on the health of the group/any other challenges
Skills required
Excellent team player with an eye for detail
Ensures the team members are comfortable to handle the assigned tasks
Understands the strengthsand weaknesses of the group and finds ways to optimizethe strengths
Willingness to take up new responsibilities and volunteers to take up training sessions
Welcome new initiatives and is a frontrunner for the group to follow
Eligibility Criteria
Example: Master's degree in life sciences/technology/humanities.
