We hope you jump at this unique opportunity to work with the best in the business.\nJob Description:\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Exhibit Warehouse Technician to join our team in Woburn, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the proper handling, storage, and maintenance of exhibit materials and equipment. This individual will work closely with the exhibit team to ensure that all materials are stored safely and efficiently.\nResponsibilities:\nAbility to review and understand Sales Orders in order to effectively pull & prep, pack the correct inventory items and fulfil each order accurately.\nEffectively communicate and take direction from Project Manager and or Lead Exhibit Technician in order to effectively execute tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain daily operations of the department.\nAssembling and dismantling high quality exhibits for a wide array of dynamic industry leading clients.\nPreparation of Trade Show Exhibit Booths for national and global programs\nOrganize and maintain the exhibit warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of materials\nPreparation of Trade Show Exhibit Booths for national and global programs.\nPerform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Project Manager and Lead Exhibit Technician\nCreate accurate packing lists to be included in all shipments\nCoordinate with exhibit team to fulfill requests for materials and equipment\nAdhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling exhibit materials\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nComfortable using basic hand tools and ladders.\nHigh degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality required.\nPrior experience working in a warehouse or exhibit environment preferred\nAbility to lift and carry heavy objects up to 75lbs\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities\nKnowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques\nTrade show experience preferred but not required (Will train).\nRequires availability to work overtime as necessary during peak production
