If you're looking to join a creative, high-performing team at the top of the industry-this is your opportunity.\nPosition Summary\nThe Account Coordinator supports the Account Management team by assisting with project coordination, quoting, documentation, and communication to ensure client needs are met accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role serves as a central point of connection between clients, internal departments, and production teams.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nClient & Team Support\nPrepare budgets, estimates, and quotations to support the Sales and Account Management teams.\nCommunicate with clients as needed to support project requirements, timelines, and expectations.\nAssist Account Managers with proposal content and cost justification.\nProject Coordination\nTranslate project direction into clear work orders for the production team.\nCommunicate daily with production regarding updates, changes, and project details.\nLead and document weekly project specific meetings with key stakeholders.\nCoordinate shipping documentation and ensure all project related materials are properly prepared and delivered.\nOperational & Show Support\nDevelop shipping manifests and project documentation with the logistics department.\nPrepare setup packages for onsite managers with support from engineering.\nComplete required show forms, coordinate show services/subcontractors, and support contract execution.\nReconcile project expenses and assist with post show financial documentation.\nTravel occasionally to support client activities, sales initiatives, or onsite project needs.\nQualifications & Requirements\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.\n1-2 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or a related function.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams and with clients.\nExcellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.\nStrong attention to detail in all aspects of work.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.\nEffective time management, problem-solving, and follow-through.\nWork Environment & Travel\nStandard office environment with regular computer use and cross-department communication.\nOccasional travel is required to support events, trade shows, or client engagements.\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\nExhibitus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
