We’ll help you develop a range of skills, take on early responsibility, and enjoy a rewarding and fulfilling career with a fast-growing, dynamic company.\n The Business Development Manager, MENA will be the core driver behind the company’s growth strategy through new and existing partners and Business Development Managers in targeted key growth regions in MENA.\nA professional who can identify and build strong, lasting strategic relationships with new and existing partners and establish a presence, including regulation, where possible.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong and proven track record of business development through partners in a similar role and should have strong technical knowledge and understanding of the FX, CFD and Crypto market, and ideally have existing relationships in the company’s target regions. The candidate should have experience leading teams and consistently achieving challenging targets.\nRole Responsibilities\nConsistently meet and exceed targets on Revenue, Trading Volume and Active Clients in the targeted countries.\nExecute the company’s growth strategy based on Introducing Brokers, Strategic Partners and BDMs in MENA to increase revenue and expand our regional footprint.\nLead expansion in new markets within MENA by building new strategic partnerships in the region and leverage existing and past partner relationships.\nUse your existing network to grow indirect contribution through new partners, identify key players and create the environment for new partnerships.\nProactively identify opportunities to improve current processes across functional areas, optimizing our procedures for efficiency and productivity.\nCollaborate with internal colleagues to deliver a frictionless experience for our partners and clients.\n 5+ years' experience as a commercial development manager or partnerships manager in the trading industry (specifically in FX or CFD)\nTransferable book of business desirable.\nAbility to execute and plan in tandem\nShowcase initiative and an entrepreneurial attitude\nOutstanding problem-solving skills\nStrong decision-making capabilities\nHighly self-motivated and self-driven\nNative Arabic speaker with strong command of English\nAble to work under tight deadlines and drive the team to effectively deliver commercial
