The candidate will be responsible for exploring opportunities to grow the business and expanding the brand in the local market. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and grow the partnerships base, develop Strategic partner relations in the region and act as a point of contact for important partners.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop company's business by establishing strong Strategic Partner relations and Partnerships in the region to drive profitable growth.\nRecruit and introduce new partners to the firm on ongoing basis.\nConduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and emerging business opportunities\nManage and maintain an active partnership pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts to leadership\nApproach, source and communicate with local partners to foster long-term relationships.\nHold business trips to meet partners and present company’s products and services.\nDevelop and maintain a strong network of lead sources.\nHave strong ability to achieve KPIs and to able to work under pressure to meet the deadline\n Key Skills & Experience\n5+ years' experience as a commercial development manager or partnerships manager in the trading industry (specifically in FX or CFD)\nTransferable book of business desirable.\nStrong commercial acumen with proven ability to negotiate partnership terms and commercial agreements\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence partners at all levels\nWorking knowledge of trading platforms (preferably MT4/MT5)\nShowcase initiative and an entrepreneurial attitude\nStrong decision-making capabilities\nHighly self-motivated and
