You will own roles end-to-end: from briefing and sourcing through to candidate management, interview coordination, and offer support. financial services, trading, FX, CFD, or crypto environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-to-End Recruitment\nManage the full recruitment lifecycle for Marketing and Sales roles, from intake through to offer stage\n\nPartner closely with hiring managers and TA colleagues to understand role requirements, priorities, and market realities\n\nDeliver high-quality shortlists quickly, with a strong focus on relevance and market fit\n\nSourcing & Market Mapping\nProactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search techniques, ATS databases, and local job platforms\n\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines across CIS\n\nActively headhunt passive candidates, not just inbound applicants\n\nContinuously map competitor companies and talent pools within fintech and financial services\n\nCandidate Management & Experience\nOwn candidate communication end-to-end, ensuring a professional, responsive, and transparent experience\n\nConduct initial screening calls in strong Business English\n\nManage interview scheduling, feedback loops, and follow-ups efficiently\n\nKeep candidates engaged through long or complex processes\n\nProcess, Tools & Reporting\nWork confidently with ATS systems to ensure accurate tracking, notes, and compliance\n\nMaintain clean pipelines, timely updates, and clear status reporting to the TA team\n\nFlag risks early (market constraints, compensation gaps, profile quality issues) and suggest solutions\n\n Must-Have\n5+ Years of experience as a Senior Recruiter\nStrong experience in Mass Hiring\nProven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within fintech, financial services, trading, FX, CFD, or crypto \nMultitasking Skills\nDemonstrated experience recruiting Marketing and Sales roles \nHands-on recruitment experience in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Hong Kong \nStrong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS databases, and local job boards \nExcellent Business English (written and spoken) \nExcellent Communication skills\nAbility to work remotely while staying highly responsive and accountable \nNice-to-Have\nExperience working within an in-house TA team (vs agency-only background)
