Automation Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our real-time trading systems in a global Forex/CFD environment.\nYou will work closely with developers, product teams, and dealing/risk departments to design robust automated testing frameworks for pricing, order execution, trading cores, market data feeds, risk engines, and integrations with external liquidity providers.\nResponsibilities\nAutomated Testing\nDesign, implement, and maintain comprehensive automated test suites covering:\norder execution flows\n\nmarket data distribution\n\nrisk calculations\n\nBuild frameworks for deterministic simulation of trading scenarios and edge cases.\n\nPerformance & Stress Testing\nImplement and manage stress, latency, throughput, and stability tests for:\ntrading cores\n\npricing engines\n\nreal-time message pipelines\n\nDetect bottlenecks, resource leaks, deadlocks\n\nQuality Engineering & Analysis\nAnalyze business requirements, trading/risk logic, and code to ensure full test coverage of critical flows.\n\nWork with developers and quants to identify root causes, validate fixes, and improve system resilience.\n\nBuild tools to automate operational testing tasks and regression checks.\n\nAutomation Operations\nEnsure reliability of tests in distributed environments with eventually consistent data.\n\nMaintain and improve AI framework.\n\n Essential\nExtensive experience in test automation and software development (5+ years preferred).\n\nStrong coding skills in Python.\n\nStrong experience with AI tools and agentic approach.\n\nStrong understanding of:\nconcurrent systems\n\ndistributed microservices\n\nevent-driven architectures\n\nExperience testing systems that use:\nAPI (REST, gRPC, GraphQL)\n\nMessage brokers (Kafka, NATS, Redis Streams)\n\nDeep understanding of software testing principles:\nfunctional testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, non-functional requirements.\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills (profiling, metrics, logs, distributed tracing).\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently.\n\nNice to Have\nUnderstanding of the Forex trading domain, including:\norder types\n\nexecution models (A-book/B-book)\n\nmarket data (ticks, L2)\n\nrisk systems (margin, exposure)\n\nExperience testing FIX protocol integrations.\n\nExperience with:\nDocker/Kubernetes\n\nGitLab CI/CD\n\nmonitoring/observability (Grafana, Prometheus,
