Your role supports financial accuracy and integrity, playing a critical part in tracking costs and identifying discrepancies. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of finance are essential.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDaily Reconciliations: Perform daily reconciliations of accounts and client funds, ensuring accurate and timely matching of records within the accounting system.\n\nVariance Analysis: Investigate discrepancies and variances in financial accounts, identify root causes, and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.\n\nData Entry & Documentation: Accurately record and update financial information, ensuring complete and well-organised supporting documentation for compliance and audits.\n\nReporting: Prepare regular reconciliation reports, highlight significant discrepancies, and provide analysis to support informed financial decision-making.\n\nProcess Improvement: Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve reconciliation processes, controls, and operational efficiency.\n\nCollaboration: Work closely with all Finance departments, Operations and other relevant teams to complete external audits, resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.\n\n Education:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field. \nExperience:\nAt least 1-2 years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, or financial analysis.\n\nFamiliarity with reconciliation processes, data entry, and variance analysis in a fast-paced environment.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in accounting and financial software, such as SAP, or similar systems.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions).\n\nExperience with MRS (Methodos Reconciliation System) or similar reconciliation tools.\n\nKnowledge of reconciliation tools and systems is a plus.\n\nCertification:\nACCA certification or progress toward ACCA is a strong advantage.\n\nOther professional certifications, such as CPA or CFA, are also beneficial.\n\nSoft Skills:\nStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies.\n\nEffective communication skills to
