This role will own the social strategy content community and performance analytics to drive brand awareness customer engagement and measurable business outcomes. Youll partner closely with Brand CX Creative PR/Comms and Growth Marketing to deliver best-in-class social experiences that build trust and advocacy.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategy & Planning\nDevelop a channel-specific social strategy aligned with brand objectives audience needs and commercial priorities.\nBuild monthly/quarterly content calendars campaign roadmaps and platform plans (organic & paid).\nDefine audience segmentation content pillars tone of voice and channel purpose (e.g. LinkedIn for leadership TikTok for reach Instagram for community etc.).\nContent & Creative\nLead ideation copywriting and production of high-impact social content (static video Stories/Reels carousels live).\nBrief and collaborate with designers video editors and creators; manage external agencies or freelancers as needed.\nImplement UGC/creator strategies and employee advocacy programmes where relevant.\nEnsure brand consistency and accessibility (subtitles alt text) and optimise content per platform best practices.\nCampaigns & Partnerships\nPlan and execute campaigns (product launches tentpoles seasonal moments live events).\nManage influencer/creator partnerships: identification negotiation briefing compliance and performance tracking.\nCoordinate with PR for reactive content issues management and real-time moments.\nMeasurement & Optimisation\nDefine KPIs and measurement frameworks; deliver weekly/monthly reporting with insights and actions.\nUse A/B testing and data-driven optimisation to improve content performance and conversion.\nMaintain dashboards across platform analytics and BI tools; create clear narratives for leadership.\n\nQualifications: \n6 years in social media management content marketing or digital communications; multi-channel ownership.\nProven track record driving growth engagement and brand sentiment in B2C and/or B2B contexts ideally in a regulatory and / or financial services environment.\nProven track record of managing multiple brands simultaneously\nExperience of managing social media in different regions and languages\nExpertise in short-form video (Reels/TikTok) LinkedIn thought leadership and community building.\nExperience with influencer/creator programmes and contractual compliance.\nStrong copywriting visual storytelling and creative briefing skills.\nComfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.\n\nAdditional Information: \nWHAT YOU WILL LOVE ABOUT THIS ROLE \nFreedom to succeed is our core belief.
