Therefore, we have the feel of a small business with the resources of a multinational company.\nAbout the Role\nThis is a relationship-driven consulting role that blends business development, advisory work, and client management.\nYou will:\nBuild relationships with business owners and referral partners in the local community\nMeet with prospective clients to understand their goals and identify opportunities to help\nConvert qualified prospects into consulting clients\nLead 1:1 consulting sessions using the Exit Factor framework\nHelp clients improve profitability, efficiency, systems, and business value\nProvide accountability, strategic guidance, and access to additional resources\nPartner closely with office owners to deliver a strong client experience\nWho Thrives in This Role\nThis is not an entry-level position.
