innovation.\n Qualifications:\nExperience: 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Power BI solutions.\n Technical Skills:Strong expertise in Power BI capabilities, including: Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query (M), Advanced Data Modeling, Row-Level Security (RLS), Performance Optimization, Dashboard Design and Data Storytelling\nExperience designing and managing reusable semantic models and governed reporting assets.\nStrong understanding of KPI definition, metric standardization, and business-rule implementation.\nUnderstanding of medallion architecture, ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.\nStrong SQL skills with experience working across large and complex datasets.\nExperience implementing report lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, version control, and release management.\nUnderstanding of data security, data privacy, access management, and governance frameworks.\nFamiliarity with integrating Power BI with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or enterprise AI platforms (Preferred).\n\nLeadership: Demonstrated experience leading analytics teams, mentoring developers, and managing the successful delivery of complex reporting and analytics programs.\nProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to transform data challenges into actionable insights and present recommendations to business and technical audiences.\n Communication: Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders to deliver analytics and reporting
