Claims not overpaid should have clear reasons articulated for research purposes and quality assurance.\nMeet quality and production standards.\nRecord production tasks and time into format outlined by Management.\nCommunicate to Management any issue(s) that would impede completion of assigned work.\nWork with Management to ensure these issues are resolved.\nProvide feedback to Management on areas of improvement.\n Attention to Detail\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nFlexible during times of change - Adjust to shifting priorities and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities\nMust be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies\nKnowledge CMS guidelines\nStrong knowledge of HCPC, CPT and other coding methodologies\nSpreadsheet, word processing, and database knowledge\nEducational Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Required\nCollege Degree or Equivalent Work Experience\nMaintain OIG/GSA clearances\nPreferred Experience:\n1-2 Years’ Experience Auditor\n1-2 Years’ Experience with Medical Claims Processing\n*The posted base salary range is the hiring base salary range for this role.
