BI.\nHands-on experience with data modeling, relationships, star schemas, and semantic models.\nProficiency in DAX including calculated measures, time intelligence, and performance optimization.\nExperience with Power Query (M) for data transformation and preparation.\nKnowledge of Power BI Service features including workspaces, deployment pipelines, Row-Level Security (RLS), and scheduled refreshes.\nExperience implementing self-service reporting solutions and reusable datasets.\nTableau\nExperience building interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.\nUnderstanding of Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud and published data sources.\nAbility to optimize dashboard performance and user experience.\nExperience designing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Tableau.\nMicrosoft Excel\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analytics, and data management.\nStrong experience with Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Power Pivot, and Power Query.\nExpertise in advanced Excel formulas and functions such as XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and logical functions.\nExperience performing data reconciliation, validation, trend analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.\nAbility to create automated reports, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting templates.\nExperience integrating Excel outputs with Power BI and other reporting platforms.\nData Analytics & Visualization\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.\nExperience developing KPI frameworks, business metrics, and performance dashboards.\nAbility to perform trend analysis, variance analysis, root-cause analysis, and business performance monitoring.\nExpertise in data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles.\nExperience translating business requirements into actionable insights and analytics solutions.\nKnowledge of data profiling, data quality assessment, and data validation techniques.\nStrong understanding of storytelling with data and executive-level reporting.\nData Modeling\nStrong understanding of dimensional modeling concepts including fact and dimension design.\nExperience working with enterprise data warehouses and analytics data marts.\nKnowledge of star schema and data modeling best practices for BI reporting.\nFamiliarity with ETL/ELT concepts
