You'll work alongside solution, consulting and delivery teams to develop innovative Finance Transformation solutions that deliver measurable business value.\nIf you have a proven track record of selling complex consulting, F&A Transformation, Analytics or AI-led solutions into Retail and Consumer organisations, we'd like to hear from you.\nAs part of your duties, you will be responsible for:\nBuild and grow executive relationships across Retail, CPG and Manufacturing organisations throughout the UK and Europe.\n\nWin new enterprise clients while expanding existing strategic accounts.\n\nLead complex sales opportunities across Finance & Accounting Transformation, Data & AI, Analytics and Digital Operations.\n\nEngage with CFOs, Finance Directors, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Supply Chain Officers and other senior decision-makers.\n\nDevelop compelling value propositions that solve client challenges including finance transformation, working capital optimisation, digital finance, intelligent automation and AI-enabled business operations.\n\nLead the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity creation through to contract signature.\n\nWork closely with Consulting, Solution Design, Delivery and Marketing teams to create tailored client solutions.\n\nDevelop long-term strategic relationships with clients and industry partners to drive sustainable growth.\n\nQualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:\nEssential\nProven success selling Finance & Accounting Transformation, Business Process Services, Consulting, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation solutions.\n\nStrong Retail, Consumer Goods (CPG) or Manufacturing industry expertise.\n\nDemonstrated success winning new logos and growing strategic enterprise accounts.\n\nExperience managing complex, multi-million-pound consulting or transformation opportunities.\n\nEstablished relationships with senior decision-makers across Finance, Operations, Digital or Supply Chain functions.\n\nStrong commercial acumen with experience navigating complex enterprise buying cycles.\n\nExceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nSkills and Personal attributes we would like to have:\n8+ years' experience in enterprise sales, business development or client partnering. \nExperience selling Finance Transformation or F&A Outsourcing solutions into Retail or Consumer organisations. \nStrong understanding of challenges including: Finance Transformation \nWorking Capital Optimisation \nRecord to Report (R2R) \nOrder to Cash (O2C) \nProcure to Pay (P2P) \nShared Services \nIntelligent Automation \nAI & Analytics \nDigital Finance \nSupply Chain Finance \n\nExperience working across UK and EMEA markets. \nBachelor's degree required.
