qualified technology professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.\nBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future technology hiring requirements.\nConduct talent mapping and market research to identify relevant candidate pools.\nCandidate Screening\nPerform initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability based on skills, experience, compensation, notice period, and job fit.\nAssess candidate profiles against hiring requirements and shortlist qualified candidates.\nMaintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nInterview Coordination & Scheduling\nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.\nManage interview calendars and follow up to ensure timely completion of interview rounds.\nCollect and track interview feedback from stakeholders.\nStakeholder Management\nPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.\nProvide regular updates on candidate pipelines and interview statuses.\nEnsure a positive and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.\nRecruitment Operations\nMaintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nSupport offers rollout, document collection, and onboarding coordination.\nGenerate recruitment reports and hiring metrics as required.\nEnsure recruitment processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with organizational guidelines.\n Primary Focus:
