The role will focus on translating regulatory guidance into actionable reporting, analytics, controls, and monitoring frameworks.\n Analyze regulatory requirements and assess impacts on payments and settlement processes.\nPull, analyze, and interpret data to develop dashboards, reports, and ongoing monitoring solutions.\nDefine business requirements and document processes, controls, and procedures.\nDesign and implement control frameworks and automated control monitoring.\nPartner with business, risk, compliance, operations, and technology teams to support regulatory programs.\nPresent insights, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.\n Required Experience\n5+ years of experience in Payments, Risk, Analytics, Operations, or Regulatory Compliance.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced data analysis experience.\nExperience developing dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.\nStrong SQL skills.\nExperience in control design, risk monitoring, and governance.\nPreferred Domain Expertise\nCard payments and network settlement.\nIssuer, Acquirer, and Card Network operations.\nSettlement, reconciliation, and payment operations.\nRegulatory compliance and operational risk management.\nIdeal Candidate\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to convert regulatory requirements into scalable monitoring and reporting solutions.\nHands-on experience in payments and settlement processes.\nComfortable working with global teams across the US and India.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication
