solution architecture, effort estimation, and solution reviews for OpenAI engagements.\n\nDefine patterns for prompt orchestration, tool/function calling, guardrails, and evaluation on the OpenAI/Azure stack.\n\nProduce reference architectures, accelerators, and solution design artefacts for the OpenAI CoE.\n\nPartner with OpenAI teams on enablement, certification, and solution acceleration, staying current with model and platform updates.\n\nGuide GenAI developers to ensure architectural consistency, security, and delivery quality.\n\nMust-Have Skills\n7-9 years of experience in solution architecture, AI/ML, or software engineering, with hands-on GenAI delivery.\n\nOpenAI & Azure Architecture\nHands-on experience designing solutions with GPT-4o, Azure OpenAI, and Codex.\n\nStrong expertise in RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, prompt orchestration, and evaluation.\n\nOpenAI partner-portal certification required (held or in progress).\n\nStrong Azure cloud background (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, containerized deployment, CI/CD, monitoring) preferred.\n\nDelivery & Communication\nClient-facing solutioning experience, ideally in enterprise or regulated domains.\n\nStrong understanding of responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance.\n\nExcellent communication skills-able to lead commercial and technical conversations with senior stakeholders.\n\nGood-to-Have / Preferred\nExperience with the OpenAI Assistants API and agentic workflows.\n\nExperience leading GTM or commercial tracks under a hyperscaler/model-provider partnership.\n\nExperience defining reusable accelerators or reference architectures for a CoE.\n\nAdditional Azure or AI architecture certifications.\n\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer
