an associate degree or relevant certification is preferred.\nProficiency inMicrosoft Office, particularlyExcel, Word, and Outlook.\nAt least one year ofexperience as a Claims Analyst or Claims Auditor in a managed care setting, such as a hospital, health plan,or physician office.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.\nAbility to recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and streamline workflows.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining closeattention to detail.\nHigh degreeof integrity and commitment to confidentiality.\nStrong time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.\nBasic knowledge of medical claims.\nPrior experience or training in coding or medical claims.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n High school diploma;
