and develop meaningful KPIs and reporting solutions.\nSupport report performance optimization, production issues, enhancements, and ongoing reporting needs.\n 4-6 years of overall experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.\nHands-on experience with Power BI and SQL in enterprise reporting environments.\nPrior experience with an insurance carrier, broker, MGA, or insurance analytics organization is highly desirable.\nExposure to Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or SQL Server would be an advantage.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication
