The role will focus on recurring reporting, funnel and channel analytics, anomaly investigation, impact sizing, and ad-hoc business analysis.\n Own weekly and monthly reporting across eligibility, impressions, applications, submissions and conversion.\nBuild and maintain end-to-end funnel and channel reporting across digital journeys.\nAnalyze customer journeys to identify drop-offs, friction points and performance trends.\nInvestigate anomalies and perform root-cause analysis across key product and channel metrics.\nQuantify the impact of product bugs, system issues and data incidents.\nPartner with Finance to validate forecasts, assumptions and performance variances.\nConduct ad-hoc deep dives for Product, Credit, Risk, Fraud and other stakeholders.\nDevelop dashboards and measurement frameworks for product and funnel performance.\nTranslate findings into clear business insights and recommendations.\n 7+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Digital Analytics, Funnel Analytics, Growth Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.\nStrong proficiency in SQL; working knowledge of Python, R or similar tools.\nStrong understanding of customer funnels, conversion metrics and digital journeys.\nExperience with recurring reporting, dashboards and analytical pipelines.\nStrong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with forecasting, variance analysis and impact assessment.\nExperience with web analytics tools such as HEAP, Google Analytics or similar is preferred.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nMaster’s degree in a quantitative discipline;
