For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process\nFor more information on benefits and what we offer please visit us at US Careers and Benefits\n Identify demand-generation and conversion-improvement opportunities by analyzing marketing channel and customer funnel data.\n\nQuantify the business impact of identified opportunities and support prioritization based on value, feasibility, and strategic relevance.\n\nDevelop measurement frameworks to monitor funnel performance, conversion rates, and leakage trends.\n\nPartner closely with Product, Marketing, Credit Risk, Operations, and Engineering teams to implement improvements.\n\nDesign and evaluate experiments aimed at improving approval rates, customer conversion, and funded volume.\n\nBuild executive-ready dashboards to track key performance metrics for initiatives and campaigns, and conduct root cause analyses when needed.\n\nTranslate analytical findings into prioritized business recommendations supported by quantified impact estimates.\n\nSupport the development of business cases for strategic growth initiatives.\n\n 5+ years of experience in funnel analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, conversion optimization, product analytics, growth analytics, or customer journey analytics.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language, such as Python or R.\n\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.\n\nDemonstrated experience in funnel analysis and conversion optimization.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.\n\nAbility to independently identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nBachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, operations research, statistics, or a related quantitative field.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience working with web analytics platforms such as Heap, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
