ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into structured solutions \nDeep understanding of KPI design, performance management, and business metrics \nExperience deriving insights from both quantitative data and qualitative/unstructured inputs \nExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives \nStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and
