We work hard, we find the unfindable and play an integral role in building a stronger EXL...together.\n Key Responsibilities:\nRecruiting Business Partner: Collaborate with the Data Management Business leaders and the Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely fulfillment.\n Talent Pipeline: Consistently network and identify viable talent in the market for future needs.Source and attract candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, etc.).\nAssessment: Conduct competency-based interviews and validation through our technical team, ensuring that each onboarding meets the company's standard of excellence.\nBrand Ambassador: Representing and promoting EXL at job fairs, universities and technology events, a national level\nEmployment Regulations: Adhere to Federal and State hiring laws & guidelines, Compliance and controls\n Candidate Engagement: Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\nTeam Management: Lead, collaborate with recruiters and sourcers in the team to delivery ontime hiring while tracking and reporting hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.).\nStay informed on trends and best practices in Data Management hiring and the talent market.\nPartner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transition from offer acceptance to day one.\n Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.\n10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on Data, Analytics, AI or Digital skills.\nProven ability to source, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.\nLed a team of 5+ recruiters & sourcers\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Oracle Fusion (Taleo), Workday).\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.\nA passion for delivering outstanding candidate and customer experiences.\nStrong interviewing skills to analyze and evaluate candidates. \nHigh organizational skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication in English\nDeep understanding of employment regulations to ensure compliance and support business growth.\nKnowledge of Microsoft office tools.\nHR experience / employee engagement will be a huge plus. \nProficiency with Excel will be a plus. \nWhat we offer\nEXL offers an exciting, fast paced and innovative environment, which brings together a group of sharp and entrepreneurial professionals who are eager to influence business decisions.
