to turn designs into working systems.\n\nMaintain technical documentation and reusable assets to accelerate delivery.\n\nMust-Have Skills\n5-7 years of engineering experience, with hands-on GenAI/LLM delivery.\n\nOpenAI & Codex Engineering\nStrong hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI APIs and the Assistants API.\n\nExperience with Codex / GitHub Copilot Enterprise for developer-productivity solutions.\n\nExperience building Whisper + GPT voice workflows.\n\nPractical experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and evaluation.\n\nCore Engineering\nStrong Python engineering skills (production-grade coding, testing, packaging, API development).\n\nHands-on Azure deployment experience (containers, CI/CD, monitoring).\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to work closely with architects and delivery teams.\n\nGood-to-Have / Preferred\nDomain exposure to insurance/claims, compliance, or BFSI use cases.\n\nExperience contributing demo libraries, accelerators, or reusable assets to a CoE.\n\nFamiliarity with agentic workflows and orchestration frameworks.\n\nRelevant Azure or OpenAI certifications.\n\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science,
