teams\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of application functionality and user workflows to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements\n\nMaintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in collaboration with cross-functional teams\n\nCollaborate with data scientists to identify user behavior trends or gaps that could indicate product opportunities or shortcomings\n\nProgram & Project Delivery\nManage program-level timelines, sprint schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks to support successful delivery; communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed product documentation, project plans, and decision logs\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve project workflows and documentation standards\n\nApplication Support\nSupport day-to-day administration of the application, including content management, user support, and ongoing maintenance activities to ensure a high-quality user experience\n\nPerform quality assurance testing across user roles to validate new features\n\nCoordinate with technical teams to investigate, triage, and resolve user issues\n\nBuild an aligned strategy to maximize user understanding of the product and support successful engagement, including user guides, training videos, and user communications\n\nStakeholder & User Engagement\nDevelop a strong understanding of the workflows and needs of diverse user groups to ensure product enhancements effectively address business needs\n\nGather, organize, and synthesize user feedback to inform future product enhancements and backlog prioritization\n\nBuild trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and end users to understand evolving business needs and improve overall user experience\n\nBuild content for stakeholder engagement and user-facing presentations\n\nRequired Qualifications\nWork Experience\n2-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related field\n\nExperience working with technical products, software applications, or data products\n\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements\n\nProficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana\n\nCommunication & Collaboration\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences\n\nAbility to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable communication\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative cross-functional relationships\n\nOrganization & Execution\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment\n\nAdaptable and comfortable shifting priorities in a dynamic environment\n\nProblem Solving & Initiative\nSelf-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset\n\nStrong
