project plans for GenAI and data-driven initiatives. \nCoordinate cross-functional teams including data engineering, ML/AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders. \nEnsure timely delivery of project milestones, including model development, deployment, and integration. \nGenAI & Use Case Delivery\nDrive end-to-end delivery of Generative AI use cases (e.g., LLM-powered applications, document intelligence, chatbots, summarization tools). \nCollaborate with technical teams on model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks. \nEnsure alignment between GenAI solutions and business value realization. \nRequirement & Stream Management\nGather, track, and manage requirements across multiple AI/data workstreams. \nTranslate business needs into actionable technical requirements for AI/ML teams. \nEnsure traceability from requirements to deployment and business outcomes. \nStakeholder Engagement & Reporting\nReport directly to leadership (e.g., Data/AI Lead or Program Head) with regular updates. \nAct as the primary liaison between business teams, AI/ML teams, and external vendors/partners. \nCommunicate project status, risks, dependencies, and AI-specific considerations (e.g., model performance, data readiness). \nRAID & Risk Management\nMaintain and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs. \nIdentify and mitigate risks related to AI model performance, data quality, compliance, and ethical AI usage. \nTrack budgets, forecast costs (including cloud/compute usage), and optimize resource allocation. \nGovernance & Compliance\nEnsure adherence to responsible AI practices, data privacy regulations, and model governance standards. \nSupport implementation of AI lifecycle management (MLOps/LLMOps) frameworks. \nQualifications:\nExperience\n7+ years of project management experience, with exposure to AI/ML or data-driven initiatives. \nProven experience managing GenAI, machine learning, or advanced analytics projects. \nExperience in industries such as insurance, financial services, or healthcare is a plus. \nSkills\nStrong understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning). \nHands-on or working knowledge of leading GenAI platforms and tools such as: Anthropic (Claude) \nOpenAI (GPT models) \nGoogle (Gemini / Vertex AI) \nMicrosoft (Azure OpenAI Service, Copilot) \nAmazon Web Services (Bedrock) \n\nFamiliarity with AI/ML development lifecycle, APIs, and cloud AI platforms. \nProficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). \nHands-on experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, Rally, or similar. \nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. \nCertifications (Preferred)\nPMP or equivalent project management certification. \nCertifications in AI/ML, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), or Data Engineering are a plus\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in
