This role will be responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with respective leaders at large U.S. banks where EXL has an established presence but limited penetration.\nThe individual will leverage deep industry expertise and executive relationships to identify opportunities. Working closely with account teams, solution leaders, and delivery teams, the role will help position EXL's Data, Analytics, AI, and Operations capabilities to address key Banking priorities and drive incremental revenue growth.\nThis is a highly consultative, relationship-driven role focused on executive engagement, opportunity creation, account expansion, and long-term client partnership development.\nIdeal Candidate Profile:\nA current Top Tier Consulting Firm Client Partner who has past experience as a client executive, senior banker, or industry sales leader with an established & maintained network across large banking organizations and a demonstrated track record of expanding strategic accounts, opening new executive relationships, and converting business priorities into consulting and transformation opportunities within those organizations.\nLarge Banks Client Account Expansion\nDevelop and execute growth plans within existing strategic banking accounts.\nEstablish relationships with business leaders and key decision-makers where EXL has limited current presence\nPartner with existing account teams to expand EXL's footprint and increase wallet share.\nExecutive Relationship Development\nBuild trusted advisor relationships with executives and business leaders.\nLeverage industry network and market knowledge to create access to new buying centers.\nFacilitate executive conversations around growth, risk, efficiency, and transformation priorities.\nOpportunity Origination & Solution Shaping\nIdentify and qualify opportunities aligned to the bank’s priorities.\nShape client conversations around data, analytics, AI, and operational transformation.\nPartner with EXL domain and solution teams to develop compelling business cases and proposals.\nSupport opportunity pursuits through executive presentations, workshops, and strategic account planning.\nMarket Leadership\nMaintain deep understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.\nProvide market intelligence and thought leadership to clients and internal stakeholders.\nRepresent EXL at industry forums, client events, and executive briefings.\n Required Experience\n15+ years of experience in banking consulting, financial services consulting, or banking technology/services.\nDeep expertise in Banking across Analytics, Data, AI or Operations space\nStrong relationships with senior executives across large U.S. banks.\nProven success in opening new buying centers and expanding business within existing client accounts.\nExperience influencing and selling to senior business stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of data, analytics, AI, and technology-led transformation in banking.\nExceptional executive presence and relationship-building skills.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree required.\nMBA or advanced degree preferred.\nBased in the New York metropolitan area.\nWillingness to travel as
